SIZE EXCHANGES:

We offer free size exchanges on all Claw Glove purchases. If you received a glove that doesn’t fit as expected, please reach out to us at, cs@caddydaddygolf.com, with as much order information as possible (Name, Address, Order # & Purchase Date). We will provide shipping instructions and replacement details within one business day. If you need further assistance, please try our customer service team at 877.961.7100 x 7 (between 9 am and 5 pm Arizona time, Monday - Friday).

GLOVE WARRANTY:

Claw Golf Gloves are warranted against material defects and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is only permitted with original receipt of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under the 60 day warranty. If you need warranty assistance, please email: cs@caddydaddygolf.com.

TRAVEL BAG WARRANTY:

If you need warranty assistance for an airline damaged travel bag, please email our customer service team at cs@caddydaddygolf.com
with the following information:

- Screenshot of your original order
- Picture of the damage
- Current shipping address

Warranty does not transfer. 1 year replacement warranty (2 year on First Class) applies to new orders from authorized resellers only. eBay purchases from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

OUR RETURN POLICIES:

Every item available at www.clawglove.com carries a 30 day money back guarantee (on new merchandise only). We will gladly replace merchandise or refund the purchase price of any item if you aren’t completely satisfied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. 30 day money back policy applies to NEW items only. Return Authorization number (RA) required on returned merchandise.

SHIPPING AND GENERAL INFORMATION:

All orders ship within 24 hours (1 business day). Shipping guarantee applies to in stock items & orders placed before 10:00 a.m. EST. Arizona shipments require sales tax to be paid by purchaser. All Claw Glove orders ship via USPS First Class mail and tracking is sent automatically via email after shipments are processed. Please check your email spam filter if you don’t receive tracking.
